Contracting authority: Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment
The project includes the implementation of measures for ensuring flood safety along the Savinja River, Ložnica and Koprivnica Creeks, in Ostrožno and Lava, along the Sušnica, Podsevčnica, Voglajna, Hudinja and Vzhodna Ložnica rivers/creeks, and along the creek coming from Tomaž. With the realization of the project, living conditions will be improved as flood risk will be substantially reduced. This will also ensure faster development of the region as safeguard measures comply with the goals of sustainable environmental and spatial development. Apart from the river bed regulation in the length of7.7 km, works will include a new construction of high-water earth embankments in the length of17 km, sewer systems and overflows in the length of10.8 km, 34 access ramps, 5 retention tanks and 3 bridge constructions (8 existing constructions will be renovated), as well as the elevation and renovation of earth embankments in the length of 5.5 km.
CVP inženiring participates as a subcontractor in the organization of construction, finishing and installation works.
